The Homeowner's Association annual dues based on the adopted budget are to be
paid to Magnolia Place Community Association, Inc. annually in advance.
Payment is due January 1 and considered late after January 31.

The dues for each year will be established by the MPCA Board.

Notice for payment will be sent to you prior to the due date.
